Good questions

Before you
get started

What can I keep in Sona?

Lab results, prescriptions, visit notes and other health documents, alongside your medications, symptoms, vital readings and appointments.

What information does the AI assistant use?

Sona uses the information saved in the active profile, such as records, medications and tracked readings, as context. It does not automatically know information you haven’t added. Review AI explanations and extracted details against your original records.

Can I share a summary with my doctor?

Create a brief from relevant saved information, review it, and share a link. You can set an expiry and revoke the link. Keep the original reports available for your doctor to review.

Does Sona replace my doctor?

No. Sona helps organize and explain your health information and prepare questions for your care team. It does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace professional medical advice.

Can I share information with my family?

You can connect with family, manage supported family profiles and share a medical card. You choose the available permissions and can revoke shared links.

Where can I get the app?

Sona is coming soon to iPhone and Android. App Store and Google Play links will appear here when the apps are released.
