Delete your Sona account

You can permanently delete your Sona account and all associated health data at any time.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Sona app and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile (bottom navigation bar, rightmost icon).
  3. Scroll down to Delete account and tap it.
  4. Read the confirmation message and tap Delete everything.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and all personal information
  • All health records: medications, vitals, lab markers, appointments, vaccinations, conditions, allergies, symptoms
  • Menstrual cycle data, predictions, and settings
  • Uploaded health documents and files
  • AI assistant conversations and specialist briefs
  • Family member (managed) profiles you created
  • Notification preferences and push subscriptions

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data is removed within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 90 days of deletion.

Need help?

If you are unable to access the app, contact us at info@sonahealth.app and we will delete your account manually within 30 days.
